Kua Ventures wishes to address ongoing concerns raised regarding Mr. Isaac Muluki, CEO of Shona EPLZ Limited.
We want to make it unequivocally clear: Kua Ventures does not endorse, support, or hold any active partnership with Mr. Isaac Muluki or Shona EPLZ Limited. Over time, it has become evident that Mr. Muluki misrepresented himself, his company, and his intentions—both to Kua Ventures and to external stakeholders—compromising the trust that underpins our work.
While Mr. Muluki does owe outstanding funds to Kua Ventures, our relationship with him and Shona EPLZ Limited is non-operational and non-collaborative. We have ceased any support, communication, or engagement with Mr. Muluki and consider his continued invocation of our name in his activities as both misleading and damaging.
Our mission remains to partner with high-integrity, values-driven entrepreneurs committed to building businesses that reflect the Kingdom and positively transform communities. We deeply regret any harm caused by the past association and are taking proactive steps to protect others from falling into similar deception. This includes pursuing appropriate legal remedies and removing all digital content related to Shona EPLZ and Mr. Muluki from our platforms.
We urge anyone approached by Mr. Muluki or Shona EPLZ Limited to conduct thorough due diligence and to treat any claims of affiliation with Kua Ventures as false.
